The Factory occupies a space of 7600 Sq.Ft. in two units. We have all machinery needed for Full Scale Footwear Manufacturing. All this adds up to a production capacity of 10000 Pairs / Month
 
We can make designs in Pure leather, Faux Leathers or Embroidery, Ornaments or Embellishments Etc as well. Clients can send us pictures of anything they need developed and we can work to send you Samples of how the shoes will look & feel like, before you place an order for full Production.

Sadguru Tirodkar

Founder & Mentor

The Man who built the whole factory. Migrating to Mumbai from a small village at the outskirts of Maharashtra, Mr. Sadguru Tirodkar built Sagar Footwear to where it is today.  Working in the footwear Industry since 1970, bundled with enormous experience in the field, he mentors the Staff at Sagar Footwear even at the age of 72. His expertise in Shoe Making and Manufacturing is Unparalleled.

Manager, Merchandiser & Operations

Started working as the Key Person at Sagar Footwear at the age of 26, Mr. Sagar Tirodkar has amassed tremendous experience in Full Scale Footwear Production over the term of 5 Years. Mentored by Mr. Sadguru Tirodkar, and working under a lot of Premium Export Houses in Mumbai, he can get the job done.

Block heels are the in thing right now. While not many have the Expertise and the Efficiency to manufacture Block Heels, we do it with unmatched quality.

Embroidery / Ornaments

If required, we do work with Embroidery and Ornaments as per the clients request. All pairs are check for Manufacturing defects and repaired before Packing.

We are specialized in manufacturing of Flat Sandals. We have manufactured nearly 15000 pairs in a month in Flat Sandals.
